By using Gatter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Gatter. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal.
• Harass or stalk other users.
• Use Gatter for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, status updates). By posting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to your chosen audience within Gatter. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Gatter available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gatter and Apogee Corporation Limited are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
